1 cup water
1 cup butter
1 cup flour
6 eggs
1 large package instant vanilla pudding (mixed as directed)
8 oz cream cheese (at room temp)
1 large container cool whip
chocolate syrup
Bring water, and butter to a boil. Mix in flour. Add eggs, one at a time. Spread batter on jelly roll sheet (or cookie sheet with sides) and bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes, or until light brown. Cool.
Mix pudding and cream cheese together. Spread on top of cooled "crust." Spread cool whip on top of pudding mixture. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
